Florence Ang - Producer

Florence is the founder of Red Dawn Productions and an owner of Red Dawn Communications, a POP MARKETING™ consultancy firm, specializing in marketing communications, public relations and management of movie related campaigns. Florence worked in Videovan Entertainment as a product manager for home entertainment products from 20th Century Fox, MGM and Disney Home Video. Some of the projects she marketed include Star Wars Trilogy DVD Box Set, MGM's Thomas Crown Affair as well as Disney's Dinosaur. In 2000, she joined Warner Bros. Singapore film marketing team where she handled marketing and publicity campaigns for high-profile movies such as Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Harry Potter series.

Red Dawn Communications’ marketing and PR client group includes: The Maid (2005) - directed by Kelvin Tong and distributed by Golden Village Pictures; Woffles Wu's 5C Films' Singapore Dreaming (2006) directed by Woo Yen Yen and Colin Goh; and I Not Stupid Too directed by Jack Neo and distributed by UIP. Red Dawn Communications also counts the Motion Pictures Association (MPA) in Singapore as one of its clients for the launch of the Anti-Piracy Trailer Campaign as well as Golden Village Multiplex as its Public Relations client.
